Terms of Service
ABOUT:
[CON, DI]VERGE Tarot Zine is a leftover sales item and as such is estimated to ship in March 2026, though shipping times may vary depending on ongoing economic turmoil, natural disasters, and other widespread shipping delays outside of the project's control. Digital goods will be sent only once shipping has begun.
[CON, DI]VERGE Tarot Zine does not own this or any other related media.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL during the leftover sales period.
Physical Zine or Merch:
This project will replace or refund within 1 week of arrival:
- Orders that did not arrive due to our negligence (e.g., the address on the postal label does not match the address provided by the customer).
- Missing items from your order.
This project will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Orders shipped to the wrong address as provided by the customer.
- Packages or items damaged or lost during shipment through the postal service (e.g., packages bent to fit into a mailbox, left in the rain, lost packages, other mishandlings by the carrier).
Digital Zine or Merch:
For any digital content, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted except with respect to guaranties that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you have any issue with downloading the file or have some other concern, please reach out to us using our Contact form.
This project is not responsible for lost or damaged goods & will not replace or refund any orders placed during the leftovers sale.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
[CON, DI]VERGE Tarot Zine physical products are not eligible for shipping to any countries on this list. Should a country be added to this list after a buyer has purchased a physical product, we will contact the buyer directly to coordinate.
We do not ship to Israel given their genocide & occupation of Palestine.
[CON, DI]VERGE Tarot Zine is not responsible for legality of ownership of any items. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or other fees (including customs fees & VAT) applied to all products. [CON, DI]VERGE Tarot Zine is also not responsible for any issues caused by ordering via a Group Order Manager and will not replace or refund lost or damaged items.
UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Shipping addresses may be updated prior to our final address update request by emailing [email protected].
A last call for updated shipping addresses will NOT be provided. Buyers are responsible for updating their addresses via email or social media DM.
Loss of package due to failure to update address will not be accommodated and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

The contents, including digital documents in their entirety or screenshots of the content, should not be posted to any online platform or sold to a third party. Some documents are optimized for digital viewing purposes and are not intended for printing, commercial redistribution, or other use.
